  This management training and communication skills program teaches participants how to influence and create agreements that last. Participants will develop a proficiency in a variety of influence styles and acquire a higher standards for reaching qua;ity agreements that last.

The benefit to participants is that at the end of the program they have a clear picture of their individual negotiation style and what they need to work on to increase their effectiveness and develop their negotiation skills to enhance relationships. This program can be anywhere from a three to four days in length. It can be customized to fit a particular groups needs.
